| I an very troubled by the actions of certain coaches. First and foremost, as a coach, you are a role model to these young ladies. This is a grammar school league, not a professional league. There are many girls on that field who have never picked up a softball before. It is your responsibility as a coach to teach the girls, not just about softball. I cant believe the actions of some adults!
