| Just wanted to send a little note about our game last night. Liam and myself love playing ball with our old man and last night just proved it. With the bases loaded and 1 out Joe stepped up to the plate and hit a towering grand slam HR over the LF fence. This was Joe's first HR at Crosby since he believes they added extra links because he hit one out 10 years ago and the league said "If Joe can hit it out, we def need to add a couple more links".
Just thought I would send this out to show how great of a league this is and how competitive it is when a 61 year old man can turn on an inside pitch and hit it over Crosby. To bad there was no beer tent b/c I assure you the ovation coming from LF would have been epic.
Watching our old man give the Babe Ruth trot around the bases last night was truly hilarious and special all at the same time. Having said all of this, as Joe's sons Liam and I just wanted to take our hats off to our 61 year old father who finally got one out of the new Crosby.
It's about time!!!!!!!!
Only problem now is he thinks he should be batting in the 4 slot and batting clean up. haha

| The USPL is definitely one of my favorite leagues I have ever played in. I like the way the league is run.
