I don't know if it has happened before but this year is the year it could happen. There is a lot of talent and a lot of good teams. I know the top teams have won a lot of the close games and thats why they are where they are but I also know the middle teams have hung with them and it will be anybodies game come playoffs.

| Just N Case made it to the finals one year after winning the conny. It's tough playing that many games in a short time. It just may happen again this year, but with a different result.

| That rule defies logic. What is the point of the 25 game season? The answer is nothing if the winner of spots 11-18 gets a shot at the top 6.
How about a double knockout like the good old days?

| After the regular season is complete the cream rises to the top and the trash sinks to the bottom. No team from the lowermost part of the rankings will do any destruction during the playoffs. Predication one of the top six to eight teams (regular season) will be rejoicing with the trophy.

| Can't remember...Is the Conny playoffs a round robin format with the final going Saturday night and then the connie champ gets to play in to the championship side early Sunday? Who does the Conny champ play? i.e what seed? How many teams are left in the Champ side Sunday at that point?

| What about the team from the Championship side who finishes last getting a chance to play their way back in? After all, they EARNED the spot on the Champions side whereas the Connie did not.

Coming last in the Championship round means they probably shouldn't be there (that weekend), so no 2nd chance for that team. As we know...any team can get hot. I wouldn't be surprised if a Conny winner takes home the trophy this season. There is too much parity and good teams on the playoff bubble.
We all know it's about who is hot playoff weekend.

| On a nice Saturday, three weeks from now we will be in the thrones of the playoffs, The Turk gets to quote a few words from a chat I had last week.
"You have to be afraid of the team that drinks the most" said an unidentified player who spoke on the condition of anonymity for a story that depcited his role. The team that wins it all is usually the team that consumed the most alcohol during the weekend. "The boys are loose and just go out and have fun, hence the wins come" he said.
So as the wise man said above kids, have more than a few and enjoy the beer tent. Do not drive after.

| Playoff weekend hangover remedies.
If you can drink as much water as possible before going to sleep. When you wake up eat a nice big breakfast (I know it can be difficult for some but it really does help). Continue drinking lots of water/squash/tea during the course of the day before your next game. Drink again when you get to Crosby.

| For the Beer Tent,
I recommend stocking the following:
Beer (1 light and whatever else)
Smirnoff Ice for Turbos
Premixed Seagrams Rye & Ginger in Cans
Premixed Bacardi Rum & Coke in cans
Mott's pre-mixed Caesars (ran out last year)
& something else sweet for the ladies (i.e. Vex, Black Fly Margheritas or Palm Bay Coolers)
Let's get your suggestions.

| That play in game is a biggest joke in town. The plumbers embarrassed the whole league, no uniforms, 9 guys. I hope this team "gets it" in the new year. Say this all together now " no more play in games " in 2013.

| Totally agree, Ryno. Let's end this charade! There is way better use of a prime Crosby time-slot than a bunch of "no-names" playing on Saturday night. Then, to ask/force the winner to come back first thing Sunday morning to play again, well... it's just a joke. Most teams don't even want to be there.
