| I am making this post regarding a rule clarification I asked you about when you were umpiring a game Wednesday night. I appreciate the fact that you were out there umpiring so that we could play. But if you are going to step up and umpire please learn the proper rules and enforce them like the rest of the officials.
Rules regarding proper pitch delivery can be found under Rule 6, (Page 4) Section 1C. "Must come to a complete stop in front of the body and the front of the body must face the batter, and maintain this position for at least 1 second."
