| I am putting out an invite to any league players for some support.
CCFD Softball Team Manager Bill Hall is currently in treatment for cancer for the second time this year.
On October 9th Bill posted the following message:
Yesterday I noticed my hair falling out so... it's time to shave it all off. Cancer can't have my life and chemo can't have my hair. This is my body!!!!
His Brothers in the fire department have set up an event on Thursday, October 25, 2012 from 7PM to 11PM in the game room at The Olde Theatre Diner. The band Here Again will be playing. There is a $10 cover charge and all money collected will go right to Bill Hall to help his family.
The final piece of this gathering is that his firefighting brothers will be shaving their heads to support him losing his.
Any help would be appreciated. All are welcome.

| I will donate my professional skills for the event, maybe hav the boys come by my GQ Salon on park av Cranston Bfor the time, or if possible i could bring my equipment down to support our fellow baller... I'd be willing to donate my time & baldy the crew... gimme a shout n we can set it up. #fuckcancer

| I dont have any hair but if Mr big time GQ brings his stuff he can shave mine in support of Bill. I just hope he doesn't go for my throat in such a vulnerable position,LOL.
Bill is a great guy and we are all pulling for him to kick cancers ass.
Let's show our support by showing up for a great cause and getting our heads shaved.

| @Rev Lev...i spoke directly to Joe today. I'm in 100%. He's gona let the boys kno that Busta from GQ Barbersalons will personally be there at this great venue to professionally "BALD THE BOYS"
I look fwd to seeing ALL our CMSL teams come out to support a great cause for a great guy!!!
I'm personally asking/challenging ALL our 15/16 teams to ask their team sponsors to DONATE to this event, whether it be a GIFT CERT to raffle off, or CASH/CHECK to help out our fellow player!!..
Cancer is a terrible disease that spares no-one in its path, lets pull together & show what we are made of as a league, as a community & make this a sold out event!...
