| 2012 NEW ENGLAND RANKINGS 10/16/12 cragoza@brooksschool.org cragozaa@gmail.com Hello Pop Warner Family,
Also if you have a player that should be nominated for player of the week please do so the following Monday. If you have clips or photos of this player/team please send them in as well. As mentioned before next year at this time I expect to have my own website with more interactive features (NO DISRESPECT TO LEVAE.COM AND ALL HE HAS DONE FOR ME) I will still be posting for levae.com but Id like to build off of it& Couple of storylines to keep watching... (Next week new headlines) I think number 1 should remain the same... until I get a definite answer on unlimited at nationals? 1. WHO IS FOR REAL IN DIVISION 2 PEE WEE AND JR MIDGET...? Jr midget I think we know its Stratford and West Haven then most likely everyone else but you never know… These two weigh classes are by the far the deepest when it pertains to good football teams 2. Playoffs are coming up… I believe a couple leagues start playoffs in two weeks. That means the rankings will be updated daily I still think the EMASS mid week Night Games are my favorite time of year... Those cheerleaders and parents can’t be forgotten as they are always there in somewhat frigid night temps and sometimes at last as past 10 pm. For the young kids that’s late! 3. Teams that we don’t normally talk about are getting a lot of credit this year… Waltham in emass, Bedford in NH, Old Rochester in RISMA, Hartford in CT, Oakwood in Ocean State, Wareham in Hockomock and finally we get some info on the Western CT Pop Warner this week as well.. 4. WHO IS WHO IN DIVISION 1 PEE WEE... Teams not in top 10 could go to and win regional finals… yes we know who they are… losses early don’t mean anything in the playoffs. 5. RISMA D2 Pee Wee is the most competitive league so far... 4 teams either have 0 or 1 loss... WOW As some of you may know the report didn’t come out last week. But we still had our first player of the week and he deserves the Credit… PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Graham Smith from Wilmington Wildcats Jr midgets... his stats the last two weeks before this past week….Against Lexington he had three carries for 110 yards and three scores. Two Weeks a Woburn team that had not given up a point all season, he had: 17 carries, 144 yards rushing, 1 touchdown, 2 catches, 25 yards, 169 yards of total offense. (BEFORE THEY LOST TO READING THIS PAST WEEK) Congrats Graham on being the first player of the week for the 2012 season... everyone keep send info!
