| I do understand why some players and some coaches are bothered by having private and public schools ranked together. Everyone knows that the playing field is not level for certain schools for various reasons. Students/players using fake addresses is indeed illegal and that is why we have a state agency (FHSAA) and all school ADs in charge of investigations. However, we also have to understand that allowing academy players to play for your school is NOT illegal in any way, shape or form. Rankings at this point are done just for the pure fun of it and to recognize those programs who are doing extremely well, it is not a science and there is nothing official about it. Tell your coaches to vote for your team if you think that your team merits to be ranked. Once again enjoy our sport and at the end results on the field will dictate how the rankings go.
