| Three months away from the spring training games, time to start getting ready for the 2013 campaign. Some news floating around the league:
-Knights still conducting search for new manager to fill the void left by longtime Knight player/manager Rich Lindsey.
-Rumors circling that the real reason Lindsey left for Iowa was to reinforce the pipeline for the rampant steroid use involved with the Knights offseason program.
-Winds whispering possibility of a St. Croix Raven revivial in the WBA. No concrete information whatsoever, but it's interesting to ponder the potential the return of one of the Indy's most volatile teams in the past 10 years.
-Warm winter positive news for the osprey population that resides at the Haugen Ball Park. Their minor league system shows signs of rejuvination and should make a strong showing in the summer of 2013.
