Remember - your biggest improvement comes after Game 1. Perfect lesson for me - I opted to work with someone's squad instead of spending quiet time with my own. It cost me in the first game. I will still help anyone who asks for help and maybe even some who don't - but you only get better with practice. Stackism's for early NEFL Know thy man - if he don't flash in practice - he won't flash during the game. You can't coach speed. If he don't produce - vamoose. He got to go. Get them index cards or spiral notebooks out. I know some guys that can tell you something about every game in the past ten years. I know two other guys that don't need pen or paper - they know their team and yours too!! Hope does not spring eternal. If you see your guard running down the field every play and you didn't call a jet sweep or screen pass - he isn't. blocking anyone so take him out. Nostalgia is for old movies. There is a reason why the NFL has a practice squad. Everyone don't need to get on the bus or plane to travel to the rec or to Daly's. Leave your marginal players home. WHAT TIME IS IT?
