NEFL WEEK 2
Not much action this weekend in the NEFL.
Saturday the 49ers tried to redeem their season with a 28-0 win over KC. Maybe our gracious host of all that is NEFL remembered that you cant just show up and open your case and win anymore! Practice, we talking bout practice! Not a game, not a game! We talking bout practice!!! Yes CorEy even you need PRACTICE!!! The NY Jets showed signs of shoveling out last week when they came to town and dropped 2! One to the Vikes 35-13 and the other to the Pack 21-7. Unfortunately the MO was on the other teams side this week Morgan!
On Sunday NFC East rivals got together for a battle in Philly. Home field was not an advantage for the Eagles as they got skinned by Washington 24-20. You can catch this game action via u-stream online. Uh, did I say action?? I think there were a total of 4 plays run in the 1st quarter. Is this chess or checkers?? I even heard someone ask “WHO’S RUNNING THE PLAY CLOCKS???” NEXT!!!
OK you have to admit I’ve been a good boy so far but can we talk? AFC EAST: Not 1 win in the whole division so far? I no Coach Kern and his Bills haven’t played a game yet but Damn!!! How is it possible for the 1st place team to be 0-0!!! I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before! Next topic…
Is the NFC North taking over as the best division in the NEFL? They’ve played 19 games combined and won 13 of them. On the other hand is the NFC West turning into a joke? They’ve won 5 games combined. Only problem is the Seahawks have won 4 of those!!! Need I say more? Didn’t think so! Next…
Running a close neck and neck with the NFC North for best division would be the AFC South. As a division they have played 12 games winning 10 of them!!
A FEW THINGS TO THINK ABOUT:
There should be much more action this week. Much more to report on. So going into this week I want you to focus on a few things for us to discuss in future articles. Like can anyone slow down Green Bays offense? Who will be the next team to get their 1st win? Can the Seahawks, Vikings and Colts keep playing at a high level? Are the Titans and Ravens contenders or pretenders?
Its only week 2 and I don’t want to talk about 0-16 yet, SO WE WONT!! Guys you know who you are!!! Win a game!!! Get off this list QUICK!!!
