I noticed during folkstyle season that a lot more parents are getting involved with wrestling. We had 8 parents become a bronce certified coach. For that reason I'm sharing the list of the freestyle moves I plan on teaching the kids program.

Feel free to youtube or find other methods to look over the skills with your kids. This will help you and your child learn the manuevers better.

Blast Double Leg

High crotch firemans carry/dump

snap down

Japanese headlock

Duck under
