NAW NAW I kid, but back to the tizzopic at hand. I see'z you gotz some stud teams in B, and I see'z you got some not so studz in B. Move the studz up, move the not so studz down, boom, your league is balanced, and make a dang skedual. Take da numba of weekz left in the ski'son, take da numba of teamz, bang boom, na'w i'm sayin?
Ya'z all soundz like a bunch a dima'cratz arguin ova da durn debt see'ling. na'w i'm sayin? Ain't nobody got I'm for dat.
Now, deeeznutz apologize for floppin round and shootin wiked hot fire at chew guyz, but itz gotta be done, na'w i'm sayin?
Er body needz to chill... or deeznutz gonna get cha!
So in all honesty, reading that was harder than moving some teams around and making a schedule... Not tryin to be a D&%$ here, but come on, think about it from the player POV, we need a schedule, thats all there is too it. Its not that hard, why is this season so much different from prior years?
Now lets see how many people that pissed off...

| I totally agree. This is stupid. The President has over ruling power. Bottom line is move the damn teams and get this going. Who cares if feelings get hurt. I played on a team in A league last year and didn't win a game up there however we didn't complain or whine, as far as I know, about being moved down till the season was over. Take the two best in B last year and move them up two worst down and call it good. Someone needs to make a decision. You can't make everyone happy all the time. Let's get the Season started. Tired of all the Drama.

| Let me add a different side to this. Imagine, if you will, not so long ago when this League first started Most of you were in diapers and things ran pretty smooth. You had teams that got together to play ball on sundays. Why sunday? Well it was usually because your kids played softball/baseball on saturday and you could enjoy your whole weekend with your family and come home and play ball on sunday to end your week. Those where the days. Guys standing at 1st base coaching with a beer in one hand a drink in the other. Families would gather and everyone enjoyed a day at the park. As time marched on so did the rules and many teams where lost along the way. When I first watched my parents play the teams where made up of couples, there was no umpire in site, and what is that thing you can 3 of to call an out? Oh strikes never got called. You batted until you swung the bat and it hit the ball. The people holding bears and smokes on 1st and 3rd not only coached those bases, they also made calls. No fighting and no pissing matches. Just grown ups having fun. Then after a few years the A League started setting some new rules. They got umpires and B stayed virginal. Then we got really brave and B got umps but still no balls and strikes. Then sliding came along and everyone went nuts. A got sliding and if you did that in B you got called out and you walked in shame to your dugout. Now we have small balls, big balls, sliding, c league, websites, and no cones. You might ask what was the difference and why the different rules. It was because B League has always been a "let's go out and have some fun with the family league and A is let's go out and win the World Series at all costs League. It was not about skill or winning and losing. It was about how much blood you wanted or didn't want to leave on the field. I know I speak for a lot of B people and I speak for my team. We have been around a long time. Parents, kids and now grand-kids play on this team. We are a team with friends and family. Uncles and cousins and now you marry into the team too. We can battle with the best and beat them on a good day. We can battle with the least experienced and get our rears handed to us on our worst day. But we don't feel that just because we score more runs, we would have to move to please a few teams. There might be a reason that they don't want to move up and deal with all the egos. 25 plus years our team has been here. And I hope I don't sound like my grandma...yet...why do you kids want to keep changing things to the way YOU want it. Why don't you keep it the way you found it. No one seemed to have a problem with the way things worked, until people started not wanting to play in A because of the attitudes that played out each and every sunday. When I personally came into this league, I was playing fast pitch win at all costs. To move to a team with no umpires took a few years of getting used too. Now I say what is the big deal? Are you serious about making a team that has been around over 25 years move? No one is being scouted at the games, no one is being reported about on the news and no one is getting famous. Can't we just all play ball and get along? I guess not if you are in A and feel the need to change everything. I always thought the difference in A, B and C was the level of competitiveness. And with that I leave you with your thoughts on times gone by. I know I am not alone with my thoughts. But maybe if A didn't seem like such bullies, more people would think about moving up there. Go Purple (when we didn't have names, only colors PS. not sure women like to be called "ho's". I know I don't and I am pretty sure my mother and daughter wouldn't like it either!! I don't care if it is a joke or not. There is no need to say that about the women of this league.
