| So there are a lot of issues that need to be addressed this off season.
1. League meeting needs to be earlier to give teams more time to get money in.
2. There needs to be a date set a month before the first game as a deadline for teams to confirm. If they don't its there loss. That way a schedule can be put out in a timely matter
3. Need to consider the run to the line rule vs home plate. Keep people safe. If the Halo rule is being considered then this should as well.
4. Home Run rule at Tualatin Community needs to be addressed. Measure to the trees. If it is over 300' then anything in the air to the trees is a home run. Ground rule double otherwise.
5. Level of play. Every year the bottom two teams should move down and the top two move up. This means the Regular Season winner up and tournament winner up. If they are the same the two top teams from the regular season move up.
Those are just some suggestions.
