| Curious to how one would go about getting on the Board for the League? I have seen posts where others have said they would be happy to step away but don't because nobody ever wants to step up to help yet I never see anything or hear anything about open positions on the board or when Board meetings are except for the Coaches meeting. So I'm curios as to how one would go about helping, getting on the Board, or at the very least attending a Board meeting. I know when I was on the Board for a Baseball league we had monthly meetings, end of the year meetings, beginning of the year meetings, and had open positions all the time. As well as voted on Board Positions. Curious. Almost seems like a dictatorship softball league. Not willing to change rules, secret meetings(besides beginning of the year meeting) never any mention of new board positions or asking for help. I have personally emailed and gotten no response and this is why I am posting so I can find out. .
