| In my humble opinon, the 3 best teams in the Skyline won. The regular season was an aberration for the Metro Nights and Fan HQ.
Nice try, come back next year...

| It gets tiresome reading the constant pot shots people like to take at certain teams. Isn't it enough to say that the Hogs, Shark, and Irish are good teams and congratulate them on their success?
Regular season records are not an abberation when measuring how well a team has performed over the course of a full season. Teams play 16-18 league games over a 2-month stretch. Mix in non-league games, and you're talking 35-40 games. Some teams get hot at different times, some are missing players due to absences or injuries, and some teams just match up better against certain teams than others. It is what it is. For teams like FanHQ, the Knights, and Stillwater, losing out on a trip to the state tournament is certainly disappointing, but there is nothing for them to hang their heads about.
Congratulations to the Hogs, Shark, and Irish, who will undoubtedly represent the Skyline well next weekend.

| Well said!!!! I know Stillwater was missing 4-6 starters. That's a shame because I saw them twice this year and they have a really soild team for being the youngest in the league. Regardless of their age they were very good defensively. That will be a nice team going forward if they can have their starters stay and play. The Hogs have a good hitting team and average defense. The Irish have gritty guys that know when they can mail it in and when it's time to play. Funny game, anything can happen at anytime and any inning. Good luck to all the playoffs teams!
