| I hear ww has no running game I think we are going to finally just come out and put a royal butt whooping down on both sides of the ball.... 2-2 is nothing this team is good they just need to play like it consistently. I think they go out tonight and get a big plac win my score 52-7 any other thoughts?

| I would like to see the passing game evolve from just a hail mary / "Tom Brady to Randy Moss on the go route" / or whatever you wanna call the deep pass the run especially when the middle of the field is open for pass plays 31-7 I will take that pretty close too your prediction lol

| yeah..I agree I was getting frustrated with the whole fb,fb, long pass...fb,fb,long pass... Then got over it realizing the A. ww could not stop it/ B. that is what was open because of their defense. I would like to see strange get the ball more on the pitch. I would also like to see Balsmeyer learn to throw to his other receivers instead of predetermining his target before each snap. I don't mind the deep passes if our receivers are always getting behind the defense but later on down the season those plays will turn into interceptions. last rant, I think play action needs to be mixed into our game plan more often and our inside linebackers need to fill much better. With all that said go rams take care of CORYDON Friday and lets win out the regular season and get ready for the state tourney.

| Friday night was a perfect example of what I said in an earlier post concerning our offense. It work so well against bad teams, that we continue to do it instead of working on anything else. Then, when we come up against a good team, were in trouble, because we are 1 dimensional. As far as the repeated straight down the field passes to ( 1 ) of our wide receivers, it won't work against the good teams. For the life of me, I don't understand why we don't run at least 5-6 slant plays a game. We have 2 wide out over 6'2. Get them the ball in high percentage pass plays and let the be creative after the catch. Much higher completion percentage than just chucking it as far as you can and hoping for the best. I got so bored watching us Friday night, I actually left the game. And I promise that is something I never do. Defense was very solid Friday night. Would just love to see preparation for tougher competition in tournament play. All we heard all off season was how the offense had changed. We are going to throw the ball all over the field. I knew as soon as I heard it that it would not happen. I don't believe we need to throw it 30 times, but we do need to throw it, and something a little more creative than what we have been seeing.

| Yeah I agree, when we do need to throw slant routes they almost always go for big yards because of the quickness our wr have... Idk we have to much ammunition that seems to sit on the shelf .... So to speak

| Well i'm on the bandwagon about using different routes I also have been preaching the diversity in the offense for years I call it backyard football when you just throw the ball downfield hoping someone can catch it you have the talent at receiver like Wroblewski surely he can run multiple routes and still be as good and I want too know what happened to Moore? going into the season they were talking about how they had 3 6'3" receivers but only 2 gets passes thrown their way I don't know I just get tired of everything looking good and going into sectionals and especially sectional finals and we just get beat by what is suppose to be our good offense for the past 3 years gets beat by other teamns good offense? Time will tell this year

| I think the passing game has turned into a confidence thing. WE pass to a certain WR because he has made alot of plays. Shiz, I agree all this talk about the three big WR yet we dont use them. Austin is a good WR,Strange has the ability to make blown up plays turn into gains yet we dont get them the ball enough....I don't know maybe we are just dumb hillbillies.....
