Well in my opinion that will depend on the play calling. If we go down there and run the same plays we did against Perry, I expect about the same result. If we mix it up some and show some different looks, then I will pick us 27-21

Paoli, Corydon prepare for physical battle
Trench battle for Paoli vs. Corydon
By Kenzie Winstead | The Courier-Journal

When Paoli visits Corydon tonight, two of the most physical teams in Southern Indiana will battle in the trenches. According to both coaches, that's what it will all come down to.
"That's where the game will be won up front," said Paoli's Brian Balsmeyer. "They will play us hard and they will be very physical."
Corydon coach Darin Ward echoed those thoughts.
"The Paoli game is always a good game," he said. "We will have to play physical to match them."
The Panthers, who lost many pieces from last year's 8-3 team, edged Perry Central in the opener and now have built some steam and a perfect 5-0 record.
"Our kids have come out and played well each week," Ward said. "Our kids are getting better each week. Our total team effort on both sides of the ball has been pretty good."
Unlike Corydon teams from the last few years, the Panthers don't have a marquee rusher.
In all, six players have carried 18 times or more and none has 300 yards. The leader is senior Alex McAfee with 289 yards on 55 carries. Rushing by committee, the Panthers have exactly 1,110 yards, or 220 yards per game. "That's right where we want to be," Ward said. "Those are perfect numbers."
Ward said his sophomore quarterback, Lannis Buck, is growing into the position. "He's doing everything we ask him to do," Ward said. "He's really playing within himself. Right now he understands his limitations. He's very coachable."
The Panthers haven't throw much, but Buck is accurate. He has completed 29 of 46 passes (63 percent) for 373 yards.
Ward said this will be Corydon's toughest test since the opener, when the Panthers edged Perry Central 8-7.
Meanwhile, the Rams are just 3-2 against a tough early-season schedule. They lost to Evansville Central 55-36 and Perry Central 24-21.
The Rams are led by quarterback Brett Balsmeyer, who has completed 28 of 63 passes for 608 yards.
"He's got a ways to go," coach Balsmeyer said of his son. "He hasn't lived up to my billing so far. He's doing an adequate job. We just need to get him to get to the next level."
Balsmeyer said his son just needs to improve his consistency.
The quarterback's favorite target is senior Tanner Wroblewski, who is 6 feet 5 and 190 pounds. Wroblewski, who is finally healthy after battling a viral infection, has 21 catches for 465 yards and seven touchdowns.
"He's kind of a hard matchup for some people," the Paoli coach said.
Unlike past years, Paoli's schedule is tougher during the first half of the season, which Balsmeyer said he prefers.
"It's favorable for us," he said. "We have more time to work on our weaknesses."
The Rams have had to face some off-the-field concerns, including the death of a player's mother. Spencer Cornwell, a starting right guard, lost his mother, Mary Beth, who passed away last Friday.
Balsmeyer said Cornwell will play some against Corydon.
"There have been a lot of real-life situations happening to these kids," the coach said.

Loved the play calling in the 1st half. mixed the pass and run well with some short quick hitting passes. Corydon defense was totally off balance pretty much all the 1st half. 2nd half we went back to our routine, but we had the lead. Once again, the defense played well. gave up some good runs in the 2nd half, but the game was pretty much decided. Honestly believe if we would have called those same 1st half plays against Perry, we would be 4-1 right now. But, its a marathon, not a sprint. We seem to be evolving, which is a good thing.

Does anyone know if Ethan Wells was hurt in the game against Corydon? I knew he was hit hard in the Sternum by a Corydon blocker chasing down the runningback and after that looked groggy like he had concussion like symptoms but was still in the game a few plays after just curious?
