| Morning... My son is at his game this morning and neither coach is there. This is not the first time this has happened. Usually my husband and some of the other dads will take over and coach the game. However my husband is the only one there coaching this morning. What would happen if I brought my son instead of my husband? There would b nobody to coach the team(Rockies). Fall ball seems very unorganized this year.

| Why not ask the coach? maybe he could answer your question better then a board posting

| I find it so disheartening that a parent would actually focus on the fact that a single game was run by 2 very willing parents( one of whom is a certified coach) in the absence of the teams VERY dedicated coaches. Said parents arrived 30 minutes prior to the game and greeted each team player as they arrived in addition to introducing themselves to the other team coach. Kids had a great game and anyone who knows Coach Doug and Coach Frank know that they are outstanding coaches who are requested by parents year after year. I suggest that anyone who is not satisfied with the coaches perhaps run their own team next year and guarantee the team parents that NOTHING will ever come up that will take him from his coaching duties. | Well this seems to be under control. Please do not let this steam roll into a huge thing on the guestbook. I have spoken with all the parties involved. The Rockies were coached and supervised by very able persons. Please take this time to say can I Manage or Coach. We will help. The first step is to volunteer.

| I have missed a few games due to scheduling conflict and coach Doug may have missed a game for the same reason but I would not say we are disorganized. Stating your husband was the only parent present to coach on Saturday is hardly the truth.
