| How are team selected or how do they qualify for the GMAC tournament?
Are teams like Ransom, Gulliver or Belen eligible to play on it?

| GMAC is for the public schools with the exception of Columbus. They were grandfathered in when the Gold Coast Conference that they were part of was dissolved.

Do you know how are the teams selected? It is the teams that finish 1st, 2nd in their districts or it is just by invitation or a combination of both?

| It is a combination of both. The top seed of each district goes automatically. The second seed goes by invitations only. The field consists of 8 teams.
