| Divisions are always created based on last year's final overall standings. Odd ranked teams go to one division, even go to the other.
So check the final standings from last year
Teams ranked 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17 in one division
and 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18 in the other.

| Only two or arguably three good teams are in the Toogood division. It should be retitled Tooweak. These squads will get many points during the year but the playoffs will separate the men form the little lads.
