* * * * * TOURNEY RULES * * * * *
- Double elimination style tournament. Everyone is seeded based on reg. season record combined with both divisions.
- Each game will be 7 innings
- There will be a 1-hour time limit which will be enforced. Time starts on 1st pitch thrown. No new inning will start after 55 minutes. Umpire is to announce this when approaching time limit.
- You will start with a 1 ball - 1 strike count
- NO FOULS after 2 strikes
- KING SEED GAME & CHAMPIONSHIP GAME(S) will stay at 1 ball, 1 strike count.
- the Mercy Rule will apply, just like this, 20 runs after 3, 15 after 4 and 10 after 5.
- 3 & 1 UP HOMERUN RULE ~ the 4th is an out, unless the other team has hit 3 also.
- Courtesy Runner Rule is the same as used in league play. (last batted out, and player ran for only allowed to hit a single the rest of his ABs during that game.
- Umpire fees will be paid by the league
- The league will furnish 2 new balls for each game
- HIGHER SEED is HOME team, until “if necessary” game, in finals. Then coin flip.
- MOST IMPORTANT EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED to be at your field 30 minutes BEFORE your scheduled start time in case the previous game ends early.
- THE FIRST BRACKET GAMES STARTING AT 7:30am MUST START ON TIME!!! 5 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD ONLY! IF YOU’RE NOT THERE ON TIME, YOU FORFEIT THAT GAME. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. WE NEED THESE GAME TIMES TO START ON TIME IF NOT EARLIER, TO GET THEM ALL IN.

DO NOT OVER FLOW GARGABE CANS. TIE ALL GARBAGE BAGS CLOSED, BE NEAT AND CLEAN UP YOUR AREA! TOSS BAGS/GARBAGE INTO DUMPSTER.
