| Attention Coaches and Players
After talking to USFTL office the overtime rules has changed. This will take effect during the Metro Cup so please read. If you have any questions about this new rule please fill free to call me at 202-425-1002 and I will explain it to you.

Overtime
A. Each team gets one play ( 1pt- 5yd line, 2pts-10yd line or 3pts- 20yd line)
B. No Kicking Allowed
C .Coin Flip- Three choices- Offense, Defense, Type of points 1, 2, 3
D. If the score is tied at the end of the first OT, then repeat second OT reversing choice ect
F. If the score is tied at the end of the second OT teams must go for 2 or 3. Overtime will continue until it is a winner. Choices will continue to be reverse per OT period.
G. Interceptions on returned overtime are worth the value of the attempted OT points ( 1,2,3).
H. Penalties are administered as in regular games.
