| Thanks to all teams that participated this season. I always consider it a win when I can say that I've had "no issues" to deal with b/w one team and another, or complaints about any team(s) from umpires about how they conducted themselves on the fields.
Here are the Final Seedings for the Playoff Tournament for this Saturday (8/8).
1.) 17-3 Rebels (wins H2H vs Ugly Dog)
2.) 17-3 Ugly Dog
3.) 15-5 McKeesport Expos (wins H2H vs CarSalas)
4.) 15-5 CarSalas
5.) 12 -8 Dunning's
6.) 11-9 Pub in the Park
7.) 7-13 Pisci's
8.) 6-14 Mallingers
9.) 5-15 Ryan's Pub
10) 1-19 PBF Firemen
Elk's has been disqualified from participating in this year's playoff due to the fact that they had 10 forfeits out of the 20 game season.
I hate to have to ever do this, but I've discussed this with Derek and he understood and apologized.
That said, this will leave us with 10 teams in the double elimination tournament. Because I need 4 match ups in the Winner's Bracket to produce 2 match ups in the game to preceed the King Seat game, the top 6 teams, basically received a "BYE". I use a website to determine the brackets based on the number of teams participating.
Once I get the times/fields recorded, I will post on a new thread here, and also text every manager of when they first play.
I will post the tournament rules on here as well as hang them on each backstop during the tournament to eliminate any major questions.
