| Congrats to DST and all the teams for a great playoff week and weekend. We couldn't have had better weather for the entire week. On behalf of the Tar boys, thanks to the executive and the tournament organizers, it is greatly appreciated. I am proud of the Tar boys for the run we had this weekend. I would like to raise a thought for next season. Although we deserved to come in the long way by losing on Friday, the schedule on Sunday after we got there ended up being back to back games for 4 in a row.. Somehow we need to break that up as playing Harding, Duchess and DST all in a row was touch enough without having to take on a 4th in a row against the Champs.. Certainly not complaining as DST deserved the Championship but something to consider.. Maybe the Conny Championship needs to come back to play before the Championship game or something to break it up.. Thanks to everyone on another great USPL season.. It was a great windup!!

Congrats to Village Grocer who overcame a challening year and put it all together for the weekend run in the Masters division.

| Even though a lot of the games this weekend came down to a few plays, the fact that Tar made it to the finals speaks to their team skills. Harding, Kelsey’s and Union showed us that it isn't just luck but key hits allows the team to move forward. It appears that DST obviously puts a lot of thought into strategies well-deserved win. Super run by Vic and his lads. Way to go Tar dudes. You played a third of a season last week and sent lots of solid ball teams home. Lots to be proud of for sure. You’re also correct about 4 in a row on Sunday. Congrats to VG masters and Ed's/N'Vision on their accomplishments as well.
Umpires, Executive and support staff, a great big Thanks for doing what you do to make this great league happen. I appreciate your efforts and want you to know how much I enjoy the USPL. I look forward to many more great seasons, so thanks in advance too !

It’s official: The DST boys are USPL champions. Now is the time to look back at the cast of characters who made up this team in both the regular season and the playoffs — that puts them among the greatest teams in league history.
They make plays with the leather and are Blue Jays like with the sticks. Their composure and "we can overcome any deficit" methodology separates them from some other squads.

| I watched the final two games, a bit bitter that I was not participating. Both teams played hard and respected their peers on the other side of the ball. In the end the mutual respect was displayed with many hugs and a few handshakes. Impressive!
