| TEAM OF THE WEEK
The Palmetto girls’ soccer team secured its first GMAC championship
since 2011. Ava Gruener and Emily Lamas had great
performances in the tournament. Lamas scored two goals in
the 2-0 championship victory over Ferguson. The Panthers
also beat Hialeah Gardens and Coral Gables.
