Are the Top Ten biased.......well yes! 0) it is an opinion based on results. If you are a player and you think your team is being ignored you can help and advocate for your team to be included in it. Sometimes scores are not published in the Herald or here, so we do not know all the specifics, it happened to Jackson last year. Reagan is a very very very good team, unfortunately they are currently in a very very very tough district with Belen and Doral. Don't be surprised if you see their presence in regionals.
