| Advice to players....Who do you trust more? YOURSELF or the umpire? Why would you leave the decision on a borderline pitch up to them ? Swing away.
Advice to team leaders.....Importance of economy of language does not change. Allow for mistakes, but preach intention with every skill.
All set for a improved 2016.

| When the rule changes to a walk, then you go to first after hitting a plus two homer. A less than plus two long ball should not required the player to touch them all.
