Still have 2say that so far this year numerous teams appear to be better this season! The best/most improved team does not always win, but contested matches are preferred.

| At the end of the Beavers' campaign last year, the feeling was that they weren’t going to truly contend next year. The concerns about numerous players leaving or a lack of depth weighed heavily, but both concerns have been greatly alleviated now. They drafted the best player in the draft and added seasoned vets. A 14 to 16 win season is in the cards.

It's an oversimplification to accuse the Roberts boys of one-stop shopping. They did a great job shopping in the young dudes aisle. They look raw but seem to have loads of talent. The future will be bright.

| Getting the most improved team award does not mean you were the worst team. It could mean that, but way more often than not it goes to the team that worked the hardest and improved the most as the year went on. Many times there is a team who were good, but not great and changed a few players or worked super hard and improved a ton as the year went on and they get the award. So no, it doesn't mean you suck! Congratulations!
