THIS WILL BE THE LAST DAY WE WILL BE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION.

ALL registration fees and 1st installment payment MUST be paid at the time of fitting. NO CASH or CREDIT CARDS will be accepted on this date. Payment must be in money order or cashier checks.
