| Hands up if you like roller coasters. I do love a good thrill but I think when warning signs say pregnant women and those with weak hearts shouldn’t ride, they should also say old men should stay away for fear of scaring the young ones with their little girl-like screams. The season is like a roller coaster, you win your up, you lose you are down. Many more games to go fellas, relax and enjoy the ride.

| The only thing I can think of that’s worse than playing a team like Duchess is playing the dominant Cairney gang. No feeble swingers in that lineup and all the plays look easy with the leather, especially in the outfield.

Plenty of season to go boys. We have a clear separation between a few teams at the top and few at the bottom but overall lots of parity. Most games are close and we hope every pitch makes a difference.

| Set expectations. If everyone on your team knows what to expect from everyone else there is no confusion, less stress and better results. How many wins is a key goal to set.
