| Any chance we can get them to water down the infields a little? The preseason preparation (lots of new soft dirt laid down) combined with the lack of rain has created giant sand boxes..We play in dust bowls. It's nasty and altough I've rarely seen it this bad, it's bad. Dragging them on Mondays makes it worse. Drag them, then soak them down maybe. That would be huge. The lack of rain is uncontrolable, field maintenancend is very controlable.....don't believe me, check out the colour of the stuff you're picking out of your nose and ears.

| The infield at all parks today are too hard. If you're afraid to stay down on a ground ball because you don't want it to take a bad hop and hit you, then I suggest you play lacrosse.
