| UCA Cheer Camp is all about looking picture perfect! Our success at camp is actually somewhat dependent on how out team looks. Teams are expected to arrive to camp in clean, wrinkle free, new clothes and shoes. Hair is expected to look professional and neat. It's all about showing up perfect.
Here are some tips to make sure you look CAMP READY:
HAIR
Super high ponytail
Flat ironed straight. No curls, waves or friz. Make it super slick.
Bow needs to face forward from front, eye level view.
No flyaways
Use lots of heavy duty hair bands. (You are not permitted to redo hair at camp, only during lunch or dinner.)
Use LOTS of hairspray. No clips or bobby pins allowed.
MAKEUP
No makeup is best as you will be sweaty and we don't want any to rub off on others new clothes.
Mascara is ok to use.
If you must, keep it to a minimum and use a products that won't rub off.
CAMP UNIFORMS
Clothes need to be wrinkle free
Please hang your uniforms up once you arrive.
Parents may iron some of the camp clothes. Please read care instructions first!
Do not tuck in any tops.
Only new cheer shoes are to be worn
No show pure white socks only.
