| The PVTFL welcomes new teams the BROWNS led by Shaun Kelly a former player in the PVTFL returns as leder of the BROWNS. Also the SEAHAWKS are led by Bill Darling and the FALCONS who after many attempts to join the BEST of the BEST have joined on for the 2016 season ! Welcome ALL new teams !
