| What is the deal with some teams?
They display poor behavior on the field by using loud and abusive profanity. When you are a superior team you need to be humble during the game. If one thing does not go your way, you don't need to carry on like a wild boar. Show some class don't act like a jackass.

As I walked up to the diamond, all I could hear was a profanity-laden tirade against the other team. It was sad to hear a veteran carry on like a 16 year old.

| In response to this chain of communication, all players may use some obscene and indecent language on the ball field. It may happens during a fielding or batting play. Most of that time it is directed to themselves.
When profanity is used towards the opposing team, then it is very inappropriate and should not be tolerated.

| Good point. Sometimes the losing team likes to whine. Score more runs than the other team. It is that easy. Then who care what language is used during the game. Big boys just play the game.

| Don't we deal with these same stupid questions about "why we cancel games" every single year?
The answer quite simply is because the town closed all fields! Call them if you have a problem with it.
I really wonder if the members of the Markham League and all other leagues using the fields moan and bitch about the cancellations.
