| What is the deal with the Starks people. Very very inappropriate. A disgusting performance.

| The punishment for the actions of the few players on Starks team should be severe. That behavior is not acceptable in society never mind a ball league. Man up, accept the consequences of what is coming to you. I feel bad for the sponsor because they are exceptional guys and have a great organization. In conclusion this should NEVER again.

| Congrats to DST on repeating as USPL Champions. They had to beat a tough Cairney Homes team in the finals.
Congrats to N'Vision/Eds in winning the Connie Championship over Connell Real Estate.
Congrats to Sylvia Morris in winning the Masters Championship over Active Green & Ross

| Any player ejected from a game for excess verbal or attempted physical abuse of an umpire should serve a long suspension. Not necessary, check your meds.

| I am a pretty easy going guy, don't get upset too easily (except when my teammate make the same mistake over and over again ), don't yell at umpires, and so on. When a call is made that I feel is wrong I will express my disagreement by saying something like, "Ahh, he got under that tag!" or I speak to my player, "Looked like you got him, we'll get it next time." I am particular easier going when we only have one umpire. If there are two and a base ump makes a bad call I will ask for help from the home plate ump, but other than that I just usually let my perception of a "bad" calls go. Note, only team thinks it was a bad call.

| Excessive verbal, and attempted physical abuse of Umpire = banned from the USPL forever.
No league needs that reputation and you will find out that umpires talk to one another and you could have a problem getting umps in the future.

| Attempted physical abuse...I think this story has been grossly overblown!
I play on neither of the two teams involved in this game but unlike others who seem to want to voice their outrage about something they know nothing about, I would rather let the facts rule the day!
I'm sure that if necessary the correct questions will get asked!

| On this day in 1921, the World Series was broadcast on the radio for the first time. (For those who don’t know, the World Series is North America’s major league baseball championship.)
The game saw the New York Giants against the New York Yankees. It was broadcasted on radio stations in Pittsburgh, Springfield, and Newark.
Where can we hear our games?
