you know looking back over the past 10 years at the Paoli Football program and how it is improved I mean before the Balsmeyer ERA I was there when the program was in shambles was bad and they were honestly thinking about dropping the football program because of the lack of success... then Balsmeyer came in and changed the whole mindset of the football program and got it going back in the right direction... they should've made 2 state finals appearences.. I thought everything was still going great in the program until this year... this year was the first year where you could see there was something wrong with the team the offense and defense couldn't mesh together i'm not talking about the guy calling the offensive plays because I wouldn't want to call bids in at the local county farm auction let alone a football game... you know Paoli should've beaten Dub Dub, Corydon and a few others this season... Balsmeyer handled the defense but he didn't control the whole aspect of a team and that's when I thought he wasn't going to last too much longer I hope they bring in a coach who is like Urban Meyer. ids at Ohio State see when Urban Meyer was at Florida he micro managed every little thing on offense.... he went to Ohio State brought in Tom Herman to be offensive Coordinator he let him manage the offense while Urban took a step back and looked over the whole team offense and defense... Tom Herman is now coaching Texas
