| Baseball should be fun and intriguing to kids. There should not be anxiety, nervousness, or fear for making a mistake while playing the game. Players should be excited for practices, games, training sessions etc. We want ALL of our teams to play with energy and a freedom to play as hard as they can, even when that entails making mistakes. Mistakes are, in my opinion, the BEST way to learn. Helping kids understand their passions and pursue their passions is what we do. We want players to make a decision, execute that decision with conviction, and then understand whether that decision was correct or incorrect. Indecision and hesitancy are extremely discouraged. Players make plays, coaches instruct and lead players to greatness.
By instilling discipline, fundamentals, and dedication in our players, teams have finished in the top 20 nationally the past six years. Perfect Game has recognized over 30 of our players throughout their national tournaments.
