| Welcome back! I hope everyone had a blessed holiday. This is going to be an important week of practice. We all are excited to get back into the swing of things!! The kids have a foundation for a wrestling style. Building on the style will be the focus moving forward. Parents, I'm going to map out the style and provide some verbage to use when assisting your child at home.
Neutral (on feet) Take downs- Double Leg/Single Leg/Duck under Defense- Sprawl/Push the head down spin
Top Position Breakdowns Chop arm/2 on 1/tight waist ankle
Bottom Position- Getting out Stand up (hand control grab 4 fingers) pop your hips Sit out ( hand control)
Pinning combinations Pancake (Neutral) Chin Drop, Half (Top)
