| 1) Minutes of July 27, 2016 were approved as printed.
2) 2017 Entry fee was raised by $50.00 to $300.00 per team, plus OBA and awards costs.
3) New By-laws include a conflict of interest section for executive members and team representatives, a voting procedure by-law, and the removal of the York-Simcoe Representative position.
4) Election of the Executive and Officers include Jesse McIntyre being elected to vice president, president Tyler Linger, past president Chris Esson, secretary Scott Anderson, treasurer Dan Gowan, and statistician Peter Kinghan.
5) All senior teams confirmed for the 2017 season with the return of the Bolton Brewers. The Ivy Rangers requested a move to the senior division, which was approved. Nobleton Cornhuskers changed their name to Newmarket Cornhuskers. The senior division has 16 teams – Alliston Athletics, Aurora Jays, Barrie Angels, Bolton Brewers, Bolton Dodgers, Clearview Orioles, Creemore Barons, Creemore Braves, Ivy Leafs, Ivy Rangers, Lisle Astros, Mansfield Cubs, Midland Indians, New Lowell Knights, Newmarket Cornhuskers, Orangeville Giants.. The juniors includes Lisle Astros (new entry), Mansfield Cubs, Midland Twins, New Lowell Knights for a four-team division.
6) Scheduling: Senior teams play a home and home schedule for a total of 30 games. Junior teams play 6 times each for a total of 18 games. Schedule begins first weekend in May
7) Lisle Astros Tournament, May 20, 21, 27. New Lowell Knights Tournament August 5, 6, 7.
8) Midland to host the All-Star Games, Saturday July 8. Senior game at 1 p.m., junior game at 4 p.m.
9) Next meeting Wed. April 5 – Schedule Meeting.
