Just a friendly reminder that physicals will be offered by Ohio Health for all students, grades 6-11, who plan to play a sport next school year.
When: Wednesday May 17th from 5pm-7pm.
Where- BVHS- Main Gymnasium
Cost: $10.00 - Checks made payable to BVHS Athletics
Students need to bring with them the first 6 pages of final forms for the physicians to review. All other forms will be provided.
All students are required to have an updated physical on file before and participation can occur. This physical will be good for the entire school year.
