| Heavy band work will usually help. If it's sore all the time right now I agree on considering how you sleep but if it's just while you play ball you should work on the rotator muscles and proper warm up. A physio/RMT [a good one] will usually detect any incorrect biomechanics that may be causing an inbalance or tightness in related muscles [pec minor, bicep head, lower lat are common points]

| I have never been impressed with Dem brands since 2012. They have always swinged very Balanced and underweight and I think you really feel like it's underweight but the results suck.

| Everyone has their own frame of reference to hitting a slow pitch ball. The wider yours is the better a hitter you'll be. Oppo power is a gift.

| A 95 MPH fastball takes 0.4 sec. to reach the plate. Hitters have 0.15 of a sec. to decide to swing or not. Yeah, baseball is not easy.
Slow-pitch balls take 9.7 sec. to reach the plate. Hitters have 6.2 sec. to decide how cold the post game beverages will be distributed. Now that is a difficult task.

| The ball must be delivered with an arch between 1.83m (6’) and 3.65m (12’). This is very subjective. The batters have all day to swing. Don't walk up looking for a walk.

| How can we speed up games!
when a guy hits a home run, he just should just walk to the dugout
It’d be quicker for all of us and we would enjoy the games

| Our brains have a negativity bias and will remember negative memories more than good ones. This helps us to better protect ourselves. That is why we need to run the positive, so we remember the good things.
