| The Cup is awarded in September, and by early May, the reps across the USPL have done most of the heavy lifting to remake their team so it will have a chance to potentially win it next year. It's an annual spring rite of passage. This year the rebuilds have brought us many new players. Too early to tell but many teams look vastly improved.

Popularity? No.
The Arms still literally owns the best players in the league, and there's no sign of them losing its grip on quality ball players. Their virtues and morals are always in the basement.
