Anybody scoop a white bag this past Monday or lock it up? We played at 6:30 and was left on the grass right outside the dugout by the parking lot.

The bag may be the only thing starks losses all year.

I forgot my sunglasses at Milliken a few weeks ago and was wondering if anyone has a good suggestion for a good cheaper option for sunglasses for ball. I broke 3 pair in the last 2 years (cracked frames) so I don't want to spend to much but want something that has clear optics.

Is anyone old enough to remember when your mommy tied a piece of string from one glove to the other. It went from one glove (mitten) up the arm over the opposite shoulder down the arm and tied to the other glove – so you wouldn’t lose them. Could we introduce this to the league?

My mom called it an idiot string. What a shock I had them attached as well. Geezer if you want to come by our game (DST) I have a pair of Vinci sunglasses that are relatively cheap. You can try them on before ordering them online. I think they were around $40 us from their website.

Steve,

I have your bag, it was picked up by one of the masters players and given to me. I will bring it to the park on Monday.

So i've been doing a lot of searching and research and I've found a wonderful pair of cheaper OPTICALLY CORRECT sunglasses with interchangeable lenses.
The MEC LOGIC. I bought the pair with brown lenses and then also bought a pair of the Rose lenses. Cost was $32 for the glasses and $6 for every pair of lenses you want after words. They have the option of Brown, Rose, Grey or Yellow lenses. The biggest issue i had with previous glasses where that they didn't fit properly under my ball hat without hitting the brim or I always had to tuck the arms into the sides which I HATED! these fit perfect and I don't have to tuck them. There Awesome.

I wear prescription glasses and was looking to pick up a set for playing in low light (twilight in the evening), and was wondering what tint i should get, does yellow hide the yellow ball? What tint would you recommend?

Underrated part of getting older is when Fear Of Missing a ball becomes a little more like Fear Of Going after a ball and guess what guys it's AWESOME

I'm not sure if they're available in prescription of not, but I'm a big fan of the Oakley Prism lenses in low light or those hazy days. They really brighten things up and reduce glare as well.

Oakley makes both the yellow lens and the baseball prizm lens in prescription. However it depends on the strength of your prescription, they come in limited ranges, I think.

Last time i bought oalkey sun glasses (2014 and they are still going strong) they were over $300. Last time I looked at buying a pair almost $500. At this point that is way to much money for me. Would orange or pink be decent choices for a tint?

5 things to quit this week:
- Trying to please everyone
- Fearing the ball
- Living in the past after an out
- Putting yourself down after an error
- Overthinking this game

I received results from my MRI and Ultrasound on Thursday. I have excessive inflammation and a torn tendon in my shoulder. She is Sending me to a specialist for a cortisone shot to reduce the inflammation and then possibly the knife unfortunately. But I'm really hoping for no surgery. Anyways, I looked online for some info on cortisone shots but was just curious about anyone elses experiences with cortisone and any insight they may have on how well it helped in their situation or any complications/side effects that were experienced.
Thanks in advance, anyone willing to share their experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers and stay safe out there!

The shot hurts first of all. In my experience it didn't help much because I went back after a couple weeks. Almost instantly had the same pain. It's a long process and the cortisone only takes inflammation away it doesn't solve the problem. If you have a tear you need to repair it.

Anyone have 2 extra hamstrings, a quad and a right groin they aren't using? Don't need calves, mine are fabulous! Old and sore.
