| OUR PROGRAM:
TexElite Sports is starting a top tier High School Baseball Program this fall. Heading the program is former Big Leaguer Leo McDaniel and former Minor Leaguer and Two-Time College World Series Participant Justin Klipp. Together Leo and Justin have over 55 years of coaching experience and playing the game at the highest levels and have worked with and helped dozens of players go to college and sign professional contracts. We know what it takes to get to the next levels of the game and will do everything in our power to make sure our players get the best opportunity to achieve these goals. As we both know, this is not an easy path, often times taking blood, sweat and tears to achieve your goals. We are looking for hungry players who want to work their butts off and learn from the best coaches in the Austin area who will also give players the best opportunity to get noticed and play at the next levels of the game.
We will be an affordable program as most of our games will be local with only 1 big showcase tournaments outside the Austin area. Our fall program will focus mostly on training and development for the spring season without costing families an arm and a leg.
GUEST COACHES/SPEAKERS:
We will be having special guest speakers and coaches working with and speaking to our players to help achieve these goals of playing college and professional baseball. These guest coaches/speakers include the following:
- Former Big Leaguer and current Cubs scout Sean Gallagher
- Current Dodgers Minor League manager Jeremy Rodriguez
- Former Big Leaguer and current manager of the Wichita Wingnuts (American Association) Brent Clevelen,
- Former Big Leaguer Andrew McKirahan.
- Former Minor Leaguer Carson Goldsmith
INJURY PREVENTION/TREATMENT & PERFORMANCE
TRAINING:
We are partnered with The Continuum Method, one of the top training and injury prevention/treatment facilities in the country. The Continuum Method uses Muscle Activation Technique (M.A.T.) which is a groundbreaking new treatment that assesses and fixes muscle imbalances throughout the body by using an advanced form of muscle testing.

| Hi, I?m interested in your program for my son. However my understanding of high school select baseball is to maximize exposure. How do you plan to do that by only playing in Austin? Will you have collegiate coaches/recruiters come to Austin to maximize players exposure?

| Exposure and recruiting is a major part of elite high school programs which will be one of our main focuses, but we will also be focused on development, especially in the fall, to get ready for the spring. We will be doing 1-2 showcase tournaments outside of Austin (including Tomball in Houston) but most showcase tournaments we will be doing are during the summer.
The fall will be for more development as we will be the best when it comes to developing players. Programs tend to focus more on the recruiting process and showcasing talent and do not necessarily focus on the development side, especially during the summer, which we feel is equally as important if not more so. Wherever there is talent, the scouts will come. Our program is very well connected with pro and college scouts. We will also have scout days where we will do mini showcases/combines for scouts to come watch.
As most know, showcases are very expensive and take a toll on players families finically during the summer so we are trying to keep costs low by playing locally while focusing on training and recruitment simultaneously.
