| It is never too early to start building the bond and brotherhood with your future high school teammates that is needed and desired among players.
That is what ROCK Baseball is all about. These teams are for players in the Round Rock area. The goal is to develop the boys so they are ready for their high school season. The fall season will consist of an off-season workout. This workout will mirror off-season MLB training to include drills specific to the position they play, pitching to increase velocity and accuracy, hitting along with speed and agility. I will train them using my knowledge and experience from college and the MLB.
The teams will be coached by Donnie Joseph, a University of Houston All-American and a 3rd round draft pick for the Cincinnati Reds. In 2010 he earned minor league pitcher of the year honors and was a member of the World Series Champion Kansas City Royals in 2015.
