| What is general approach for positioning of standing in the batter's box?
I am shorter and have historically stood near back of mat in our league 6-10' arc with 4 foot mat.
Starting to think that moving forward would not be the worst idea. Reason for this is when I generally pop up a pitch it is of the shorter variety.
Thoughts?

| You have to adjust to the pitcher according to where the pitcher is pitching. Short pitches equates moving up. Deep pitches, then you back up.
