| LBC North will be offering our annual winter workouts. We will offer 3 different sessions this winter season held at our Hutto Indoor Location. (810 CR 108 Hutto, TX 78634)
· Hitting and Bat Control
· Speed, Strength, and Agility
· Infield and Outfield Defense
1) Hitting Session $175
a. Dec 10th – Jan 18th 6:00-7:30pm [Monday, Wednesday, Friday]
b. Workouts will include 3-4 coaches depending on number of players attending.
c. Coaches will breakdown and take a deeper dive into players swings to enhance their success rate for the spring.
2) Fielding Session $175
a. Dec 10th – Jan 18th 6:00-7:30pm [Monday, Wednesday, Friday]
b. Coaches will work on the intricate parts of fielding for both infield and outfield
c. Removing any false movements or hesitations in the players game
3) Speed, Strength, and Agility $150
a. Dec 10th – Jan 18th 6:00-7:30pm [Tuesday and Thursday]
b. Coaches will provide fast twitch muscle growth and offer strength training that will adjust due to player’s age and ability.
c. Will also work on first step movement that will directly correlate to in game scenarios.
