| The CTX Arsenal Organization is dedicated to developing the highest caliber baseball players in Central Texas.
One of the goals of the Arsenal program is to provide an environment to enhance and encourage the development of skills and desires of our players in respect to the game of baseball. The Arsenal players, coaches and organization strive to continuously improve in all aspects of the game with the goal of building the ultimate baseball and softball experience.
OUR MISSION
While we take great pride in our many accomplishments, be it from celebrating a former like Mike Trout being named AL Rookie-of-the-Year and American League MVP, to seeing a current player sign a National Letter of Intent to play college baseball, or a National Championship for one of our teams, these results are just a product of our goal... player development.
The Mission Objectives that our organization follows are:
To provide a comprehensive training program that enables our players to develop and maximize their God-given abilities.
To teach the fundamentals of the game of baseball better than any organization in the world.
To share our passion for the game of baseball.
To provide an uplifting and inspirational experience for the players involved.
To teach life skills that can positively affect the lives of each and every player.
To educate parents, teachers, and youth league coaches on how to teach and make aware of the responsibility they carry because of the tremendous impact they have on these children's perception of their own self worth.
To have every player leave feeling better about himself, to build self-esteem.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Weekly 1 on 1 Pitching sessions at no extra charge – We work weekly with our pitchers with our pitching instructor, who pitched for the MLB Mariners organization
Weekly 1 on 1 Hitting sessions at no extra charge – Our hitting program is designed and taught to our coaching staff by the “Hit Doctor®” Joe Barth of the Tri-State Arsenal Organization. We follow his lead and pass his wealth of knowledge on to all of our players.
Weekly 1 on 1 Position sessions at no extra charge – These help our players hone their skills and learn their positions inside and out.
We also offer $56 an hour Weekly Private Lessons – by appointment. These lessons are facilitated by instructors with college, minor league, and MLB experience.
