| Here is the schedule for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Based on the Governor's press conference on Tuesday, I'll be able to share out the rest of the week. Thank you for your patience and keep your fingers crossed!
Monday- 3 to 5:30
3pm - Team Stretch (10 minutes) Split team 1. Lower body Lift (25 Min) Squat- Lunge- hamstrings- SL DL’s- calf raises
2. Agilities/Run (25 Min) 10 x 20’s, 1 x 400 jog, 10 x 20’s
4pm - Field -Practice- Uppers Offense (45 Min) Defense (45 Min)
5:30 - Secure- Buddy Pairings
Tuesday - 3 to 5:30
- Field -Practice- 3pm - Specialist 3:05 - AYO’s stretch 3:15 - Pat/FG 3:25 - KO 3:35 - Offense 15 minutes Team D 5:00 - Captain Speeches 5:30 - Secure
Wednesday - 3 to 5:30
3pm - Team Stretch (10 minutes) Split team 1. Upper body Lift (25 Min) Bench, Push Press, Shrugs, Curls, Ropes
2. Agilities/Run (25 Min) 20 x 30yds
4pm - Field Practice Defense / Punt 20 Minutes of “O”
5:30 - Secure
