| Training for SloPitch season. Bloody hell.
Many short bursts from a cold start. I do two laps (20 mins) and increase monthly until April/May
Each lap is 4 mins jog with a 1 minute sprint and cool down - repeat. Brilliant!

Tax and RRSP seasons are underway, and Valentine’s Day is this Sunday, Feb. 14th. Are you ready for both? I am only thinking about ball and the possibility of playing this spring.
